Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number

Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Extended/Remote Areas: May take longer

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Spilt Blud Apparel LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address errors

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at spiltbludapparel@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before shipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Spilt Blud Apparel LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your local carrier

  • Reach out to us and we will do our best to assist


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or high shipping volume periods


Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We will make it right.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

We apologize, but at this time, we do not ship outside the lower 48 United States or internationally.
