At Spilt Blud Apparel, we stand on truth, purpose, and the message behind every design. Our mission is bigger than apparel—it’s about spreading the Gospel boldly. That said, we also believe in doing right by our customers.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Must be in the same condition you received it
  • No stains, odors, or damage
  • Must be returned in original condition

We take pride in what we create—so we ask that returns come back the same way.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Limited drops or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We believe in honesty and fairness—no games, no gimmicks.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If we made a mistake, we’ll own it and fix it.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t shown up:
